Malik furiously dodged the sliver blade as it dashed toward his neck and stabbed the Templar's gut and withdrew his bloody sword. He watched as more Templars circled around him and was getting weary of fighting them all. His brown eyes scanned the brick wall to see his younger brother, Kadar, hop over a wall after another. Swinging from the low lit heat lamps form the ceiling. Trying to reach the Apple of Eden across the other side of the giant wall. Malik attention turned back to another Templar as it drew out its sword. Malik watched as it charged forward and he easily moved out of the way and sweeped the fool and stabbed him while he was down. Malik, the trained assassin he was, easily took more of them down but was reaching his limit. More and more Templar's were coming and it was all because of Altair. Altair foolishly tried a direct attack on the Leader of the Templars and failed at doing so. And just like that he left them to defend themselves. Malik ears perked up as he heard a yelp of fear. Malik's eyes widened in terror as he saw Kadar get stabbed in the arm causing him to drop his sword.
"Kadar!" Malik yelled as he clashed his sword with a Templar's blade.
Kadar looked down, his blue eyes were filled with fear. "Brother!" Kadar called out as he tried to pick up his sword with his good arm and to kill off some of the Templars that were starting to surround him up on the top of the wall.
Malik growled in anger and annoyance as he slashed his blade over a Templar's neck and stabbed another repeatedly in the stomach. Trying to get to his brother. "Kadar!" Malik called out again as he pushed the Templars out of his way to try to climb up the stairs to him.
Kadar watched Malik climb up the old stairs to him and Kadar turned around to run to his brother for help. "Bro-" were the only words that slipped out of his mouth. For he felt the sharp blade pierce his skin all the way through his back and out to the other side of his stomach. Kadar watched Malik's joyful face twist into an expression of fear and terror as Kadar felt a tight pain in his chest and felt the hot liquid of blood pour out of his mouth onto the floor. The world turning black.
Malik screamed out his brother's name as he watched his brother blood spill over the cracked floor and his body fall to the ground. Malik felt that his heart had been ripped out his chest as he watched his brother die. Malik let his anger pour out of him as he drew out his blade and slashed threw Templar's one by one. Trying to reach to his brothers' lifeless body. A Templar quickly stabbed Malik in the arm repeatedly, trying to make him drop his blade. But Malik was full of sorrow and hatred that he felt no pain and killed the Templar in blind rage. Malik kept slashing his way through the Templar's feeling there blood splatter all over him, mixing with his own spilling out. Malik didn't stop until all of them were dead. He let out slow breathing as he scanned the red painted floor of the cave and the piles of dead Templars covering half the floor. Malik tiredly dropped his bloody sword and staggered to his brothers' unmoving body. Each step he took echo through the still cave, and each step made him feel the pain in his heart.
"Kadar...I did it." Malik croaked as he felt his eyes turning wet. He stumbled toward Kadars' body and let himself fall to his knees.
"Wake up..Kadar....please wakeup." Malik sobbed as he felt tears roll down his cheeks.
Malik's blood stained hands started shaking as he lifted them up and let them reach his brother's neck, searching for a heartbeat. He found none.
Knowing that his brother was now gone. Malik's face turned to a expression of sorrow as he screamed out his brother name. Calling out for an answer, a savior, but there was no reply.
Malik felt tears move faster down his face and splatter down onto his pale brother.Yet the tears did not stop and the calls of his brother's name echoed through out the cave.
